Open Question: Any scholarship to a university?

My cousin, who went to oxford, which is named 4th top skool in the U.S. I think he got a full ride to any colleges. I'm really hoping to get any scholar ship, probably not a fullride I'm going into my junior year in highskool and and my last 2 years was ok, not even, I have a 3.2 average in 2 year. I'm planning on getting over 4.0, plz don't say i'm stupid, i'm not ganna get it, I'm inspired, nothing anyone say will break me. I'm enrolled in all honor class, and 1 AP history class. I'm really good at skool, from kindergarden to junior high, but i slacked off in hs since i'm a bit tired. so anyway is getting my gpa up to 4.0 or higher, plus im join a couple of ethnic club, lol, at my skool, and probably enroll in any competition at my skool if there's any. will that help at all?...
